Democracy In Action
It is some years since Miss Harvey MP, last encountered the Chief Whip. There has been a change of government, and possibly a change of sides, but Miss Harvey finds herself in some very serious trouble. Her expenses are riotously out of control, and if court action is to be avoided, the Chief Whip must take extreme measures from Northern Spanking.

Yes, when squandering the tax payer's money a naughty female M.P. should be spanked, and rightly so. Especially when she presents a bottom, wearing also suspender-belt and stockings. Then having her black knickers taken down, and paddled on her bare bottom is par for the course.
